How to Use the Hi-Lo BlackJack Technique?!?
I'm able to count cards and get the running total, my brain's gone completely dead and i have no idea what so ever to with the running total 
How do i use it to determine my odds or whateva it's used for lol xD

Divide the Running Count by the number of half-decks left in the shoe to get the true Count. eg. 3 decks left with a Running Count of +7 = 7/6 rounded down to nearest half = +1 true Count.
When the true Count is positive, stay more often on hands of 12+ and double more often on other hands, and vice versa if the true Count is negative. This is because the dealer is more likely to bust if the true Count is positive and you are more likely to "get your hand" when doubling.
For example: Hit on 12 if dealer has 3 if true Count <= 0, else stay. Double on 8 if dealer has 6 if true Count >= 1.
If you're having trouble just keeping the running count, I would avoid multiple deck games. you can find good single deck games in both Reno and Vegas with decent rules. there is no true count conversion required with single decks.
